The Garden Modica ***, located in a residential
area, is an ideal base for exploring the town of Modica, the
surrounding area and the seaside.
Guests will be able to enjoy the friendly atmosphere in this
family house set in a large wooded garden. Palm, orange,
lemon, grapefruit, bergamot, fig, pistacchio, walnut and
pine trees with sweet-smelling roses, jasmine and orange blossom
create a colourful Mediterranean setting.
Two light and comfortable rooms are located on the ground floor
with French windows opening onto a patio area. Each
room has its own private bathroom and is equipped with:
- colour TV
- ceiling fans
- central heating
- tea and coffee making facilities
- cot available on request.
A full continental breakfast, including local specialities,
will be served.
A private parking area in front of the house is available.
